Delivery Information
Things you need to know:
- You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
- In the unlikely event that you don't receive your order after the stated delivery timeframe, or your order is damaged when it arrives, please contact us as soon as you are aware and no longer than 7 days from the delivery date stated on your tracking.
What is the delivery time for my order?
Delivery times:
- the Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Belgium: 2-5 business days
- Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days
You will receive a live tracking code as soon as your order is on its way!
I placed a pre-order, what is the delivery time?
Pre-orders have an average delivery time of 2 weeks, unless stated otherwise. If you also order items with a shorter delivery time, your entire order will still be shipped only once the pre-order item is ready.
What are the delivery costs?
Free Delivery on Orders Over €70!
For orders below €70, shipping costs will apply as listed below:
- Netherlands: Standard shipping costs are €3.95.
- Belgium: Standard shipping costs are €5.95.
- Other EU Countries: Standard shipping costs are €6.95.
- Canada: Standard shipping costs are €15.00.
- United States: Standard shipping costs are €20.53.
Package was not delivered
I was not at home when my package came
If your package couldn’t be delivered, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. This prevents your package from being returned to us, which will result in longer waiting time. The carrier will try to re-deliver your package 1-3 times after a failed attempt.
My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive anything
Please make sure to ask your neighbors, roommates or colleagues first. It might happen, that the tracking is updated as delivered, but actually has been handed over. In that case, we recommend waiting 24 hours. Please contact our customer care team if your package has still not arrived and we will do our very best to track your package. In most cases though, we are obliged to wait for the proof of signature from the carrier. This might take up to 2 weeks.
My package was returned to your warehouse
If your package couldn’t be delivered due to an invalid address or because it was not picked up during the specific timeframe given by the local carrier, you might be charged return fees. If you still wish to receive your items, please contact our customer care team.
Customs & import fees
All our products are shipped from the Netherlands. The possibility might occur, that once your package arrives in your country it might be subject to duty fees.
Gym Exclusive has no influence on local duty fees and import regulations. Duty and import fees are to be paid by the customer. Duty and import fees are different in every country.
Please check the customs and import regulations in your country before placing an order. We won’t take any responsibility for charged duty/import fees.
If your package is returned because you refuse to pay duty/import fees, you might be charged shipping fees. Please contact local customs authorities for further information on customs and import regulation.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an email once your order has shipped titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link.
What if my tracking hasn't updated?
No stress! Tracking numbers typically update with couriers every 24-48 hours, however, additional delays may occur while your order is in transit.
In the first instance, check your tracking to understand if your order has been held up by the courier due to issues such as an incorrect address or Customs Fees.
If your tracking hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic, your order should still be on the way to you. However, if your tracking hasn't updated in 6+ working days please get in touch with our Customer Support team who will be able to assist you.
I want to cancel/change my order
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you've hit 'Place Order' at checkout, this includes:
- Changing the item or size
- Delivery/billing address
- Adding/removing items to your order
- Shipping method
My order is wrong
I'm missing some items from my order
We apologize if something is missing from your order. Please contact us if this is the case.
All claims for orders missing an item(s) must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.
I've received a different item to what I ordered
In the unlikely event you've receive a wrong item or the wrong order, or your order is damaged in any way, please contact us with the following information and we'll get it sorted;
- Your order number
- The name of the item you didn't receive
- A photo and the name of the item you have received (if the wrong item)
All claims for orders received incorrectly due to receiving the wrong item must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns & Refunds
Returns
General Information
We have a 14-day returns policy. It starts on the day your parcel is delivered and the return day counts.
Please make sure to take good care of the activewear when trying them on.
Returns will only be accepted if the sportswear was tried on with underwear and is returned clean, without stains, perfume scent, and without any tears.
How do I submit a return?
Having to return something can be annoying, we totally get that. So, to make it as easy as possible follow these steps:
1) Simply go to the Return Portal
2) Follow the steps on our return portal.
3) Download and print out the return label and return instructions.
4) Cut out the shipping label. Tape up your parcel, remove any older labels and barcodes and fix your shipping label to the outside of the parcel. Make sure the label is clearly visible.
5) Drop the parcel off at an eligible drop-off location, or schedule a pickup for your parcel with the carrier (only available in certain countries).
6) Keep your return postage receipt and your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Return fees
The return fees are set by our shipping partners and will vary depending on your location. Please note that the cost for returns is your responsibility.
Refund
Processing time
Your refund will be issued once your return arrives in our warehouse and has passed our quality evaluation. Note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed, and a further 4-6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.
How can I track the status of my return?
If you want to be able to track your return package, make sure to keep your postage receipt once you have handed over your package to the carrier. You should be able to find the tracking number printed on the receipt.
To track the status of your return:
1. Go to the carrier’s website
2. Look for the tracking section
3. Enter your tracking number
The latest tracking update will let you know if your package is still on its way to us or if it has already reached the warehouse (the Netherlands).
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return package to be processed once it has reached our warehouse.
Exchange
Unfortunately, exchanges are not possible. If you need a different size or colour of an item, then we kindly ask you to return your item and to place a new order.
Payment methods & discount codes
Klarna
Does Gym Exclusive accept Klarna?
Klarna is a payments service we offer in our online store. It allows you to order from our online store different sizes and items, and only pay for what you love.
Why choose Klarna?
Try before you buy, and depending on which country you’re ordering from, choose to pay in 30 days or split the cost into 3 interest free instalments (one part-payment at purchase, and two further payments at 30 and 60 days.
Good to know...
Missed payments can affect your ability to use Klarna.
If you return an item that you paid for using Klarna, we're unable to amend your Klarna invoice. Instead, you may wish to contact Klarna directly to see if they can pause any payments while your Gym Exclusive return is being processed.
Klarna's Pay in 3 / Pay in 30 days are unregulated credit agreement. Borrowing more than you can afford or paying late may negatively impact your financial status and ability to obtain credit.
PayPal
You will be redirected to PayPal to complete your purchase, if you choose that payment method at checkout. Please contact PayPal directly, if you should experience any problems.
Reduced items
Prices differences due to missed sales or price changes will not be refunded. We highly recommend to sign up to our newsletter and social media feeds to be updated about offers and sales.

- Obtain their code (Hint: It's usually their first name)
- Enter the code at checkout to get 10% off your order
Refunds when using a discount code
Any discount codes used with an order will be split evenly between items as a percentage. So when a refund is processed, you will receive the discounted price as a refund.
Good to know...
- Only one discount code can be used at checkout.
- All discount codes are excluded from being used on e-gift cards.
- We’re unable to apply any codes once your payment has been accepted, so don't forget to add the discount before checking out.
